Modeled after ancient Roman baths, the Caldarium is a social space at the heart of The Bath House at THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, where members and residents can relax and enjoy refreshments. With heated walls, floors and benches, the immersive heat and humidity of the space — ranging between 100-120 degrees Fahrenheit — penetrates deep into the body, helping boost circulation, activate the immune system, assist detoxification and support relaxation in mind and body. The Bath House also features a hot plunge bath and a cold plunge bath.

Surrounding the caldarium are the Halotherapy Steam Room, Saunarium and Infrared and Sound Dome. The Halotherapy Steam Room is the hottest room in the Bath House, featuring citrus aromas to support lymphatic organs and facilitate advanced detox. The Saunarium features heated multi-tiered seats and low-level humidity to boost circulation and dry the body. The Infrared and Sound Dome, another heated room, will combine the healing benefits of infrared heat with therapeutic sound therapy developed by THE WELL practitioner team

THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands is an eight-story luxury residential building opening in early 2025 with 66 bespoke residences for sale, more than 22,000 square feet of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center and a signature restaurant that will offer sustainable, organic and clean eating options.
