1. Banyan Tree Veya, Valle de Guadalupe
The luxury property will open its doors in early 2024 as the first Banyan Tree Veya in the Americas and only the second in the world. Well-being seekers can immerse themselves in Veya’s proprietary ‘8 Pillars of Well-being,’ with an emphasis on embodiment therapies and somatic practices, alongside the renowned Veya Spa, a desert spring hydrotherapy, cryotherapy tubs, traditional temazcal, botanical garden, enchanting contemplation spaces, labyrinth hikes throughout the vast property and more.

2. MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa
Sonoma’s MacArthur Place Hotel & Spa, a luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of California Wine Country, has debuted the final phase of its multi-year transformation into Sonoma’s newest sanctuary with the renewal of the property’s luxurious spa and fitness center, its outdoor pool space, and the addition of five guestrooms, including an all-new Artists Cottage.
The revived Spa at MacArthur, spearheaded by Kes Studio, is now accented with modern, ultraluxe, yet cozy elements, in addition to a new arrival lobby experience with retail available for purchase, new treatment rooms, locker rooms complete with steam showers, an outdoor Relaxation Garden and Lounge, and an outdoor pool space complete with private pool cabanas. Curated by TLee Spas, The Spa at MacArthur’s treatment menu offers a range of unique, bespoke therapies from skin care, body renewal treatments, massage techniques and 100 minute Journeys that include holistic healing elements.

3. Grand Wailea's Kilolani Spa
Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, is officially slated to open its highly-anticipated Kilolani Spa on February 28, 2024. The new 50,000-square-foot spa, also by TLEE Spas + Wellness, will be the largest of its kind in the region, and will specialize in holistic and innovative treatments inspired by the island’s healing practices and rituals. Guided by the Hawaiian Moon Calendar, the facility will have a seasonal treatment menu steeped in practices that promote mindful rejuvenation, reflection, renewal, connection, nourishment and relaxation, bringing each guest a sense of balance and alignment during and after their experience.
4. Oceanstone Resort Hydrothermal Spa
Oceanstone Resort opened its one-of-a-kind, accessible Hydrothermal Spa for wellness enthusiasts everywhere, in Indian Harbour, Nova Scotia. Thoughtfully designed to help you find wellness from within, the Hydrothermal Spa offers an extensive spa menu with several treatment huts, a meditation den, and an experience shower. The location features two warm vitality pools, an arctic plunge pool, a Kneipp River walk, a salt-inhalation hammam, an aromatherapy sauna, outdoor showers, fireside recovery areas and other beautifully designed garden spaces for guests to restore and relax.
5. Release Well-Being Center
Release Well-Being Center, a state-of-the-art wellness center, will open at The Heritage On The Garden in early 2024. The 9,000 square foot space will have the latest healing therapies including contrast therapy that features infrared and traditional saunas and cold plunge tubs, eucalyptus steam rooms, massage and esthetic services, as well as alternative healing services such as cupping, reflexology and reiki. Integrating ancient remedies with cutting-edge wellness modalities, Release Boston will transport guests to a calming and restful oasis in the heart of the city while helping guests forge a path to living their best lives.
All of Release’s transformational programs are based on five steps to optimal wellness: Movement, Mindfulness, Recovery, Nourishment and Discovery. Release offers the facility, expertise, guidance, and support to integrate wellness as a whole to achieve an optimal state of living.
6. Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection
Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection, Los Cabos’ reopened its award-winning spa as a new holistic and cultural wellness experience with transformative treatments, a refreshed look and feel by TLEE Spas + Wellness, and immersive well-being journeys. Drawing inspiration from the philosophy and practice of the medicine wheel and indigenous Mexican healing traditions, the spa experience debuts spiritually guided spa offerings to promote holistic restoration in a newly elevated environment.
The treatment menu at the Spa at Esperanza is inspired by the ancient Mexica (Aztec) medicine wheel, a framework used by numerous indigenous peoples of the Americas for many centuries. The four quadrants of the medicine wheel each focus on different natural elements - earth, water, fire and air - and are accompanied by unique treatment experiences pertaining to the four core areas of well-being - physical, mental, spiritual or emotional. Curated by lead therapist Connie Ruiz, one of Los Cabos’ top practitioners and an integral part of the spa reboot, the new therapies embrace the wheel as a sacred symbol of hope that represents all knowledge of the Universe, inspiring movement toward healing for those who seek it.
