Spring Sail, April 8-19 and May 4-18

BodyHoliday’s guests can enjoy complimentary ASA Sailing Certificates, beginners' classes, time trials and yacht racing sessions. The Wellness Center also offers specials tailored for sailors, from sun damage prevention at the Skin Clinic to post-race deep tissue massages.

June Jive, June 3-23

BodyHoliday’s guests are invited to discover, learn and enjoy a variety of dances in June. The program includes 19 classes per week, including Cuban Cha Cha Cha and Salsa, Argentine Tango, Caribbean Merengue, American Jive and Columbian Zumba. Guests can learn from international instructor Jennifer Benavidez, known for her apparition in Stricly Come Dancing in 2016.

Wellfit Tribe, July 1-August 23

Families are encouraged to take part in activities together for an exhilarating week filled with laughter and bonding, fostering a strong sense of unity and family spirit among all participants. The summer-long program is enhanced by the participation of former NFL player Tyree Washington, former professional rugby player and now coach Lee Mears, professional volleyball player Angie Akers and nutritionist Tina Stonely.

September Solos, September 2-27

September is a month designed to facilitate solo traveler’s adventure including hosted dinners and dedicated fitness classes. BodyHoliday Solos is open to guests staying in single garden rooms or paying for single occupancy in a double room. Guest presenters include Anthony Lynch and Jason Gardener MBE.

October Yoga, September 30 – October 25

In October, BodyHoliday undergoes a metamorphosis into a yoga sanctuary. Led by experienced instructors, the month-long retreat boasts an array of yoga encompassing Hatha, Ashtanga, Shanthi, and Katti yoga sessions along with meditation classes. Designed to cater to individuals of all levels, this retreat also offers an assortment of distinctive massage and therapeutic treatments at The Wellness Center. Additionally, guests can indulge in a specially curated menu featuring yogic foods and teas.

Pre-Christmas Restorative Break, December 9-20

Renowned health and wellness specialists curate BodyHoliday’s Pre-Christmas Restorative Break to give guests insights and experiences that will empower them not just for the holiday season, but for a lifetime of wellbeing.
