Sarfati also spoke about her personal growth journey, relating how she transitioned from working as an immigrant esthetician in Manhattan in the 1970’s to launching Repêchage, now an international skin care company, in 1980. Today, products are available in over 45 countries, with all items manufactured in the U.S. at their ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Secaucus, NJ. This year, Repêchage was one of five New Jersey companies honored at the ACG (Association of Corporate Growth) NJ 2018 Corporate Growth Conference & Awards.
