Florida-based Naples Grande Beach Resort has announced the appointment of Elias Assaly as area vice president and general manager.
Assaly brings an extensive background in hotel management, with more than 30 years of industry experience, including senior leadership roles as vice president of operations for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Radisson Hotel Group.
In his new role at Naples Grande Beach Resort, Assaly will oversee day-to-day operations of the resort and its 474 guestrooms, ensuring ongoing initiatives and activations are aligned with the highest hospitality standards, bringing fresh innovative ideas to the resort and creating new opportunities both on a local and national level. Elias will also provide expert guidance and support to Naples Grande Golf Club, the Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada and Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort in Marathon, Florida.
