Wellness Tech: Ultrahuman Fitness App Uses a Holistic Approach to Health

Health and fitness platform Ultrahuman recently launched ahead of its debut at CES 2021. The app takes a holistic approach to fitness, helping users meditate, workout efficiently and optimize their sleep with the help of athletes, neuroscientists, artists and psychologists. 

Via an integration with Apple Watch, Ultrahuman also uses biofeedback data to provide users with real-time insights into heart rate, calories burned, an the effectiveness of meditation. 

Special Ultrahuman features include:

  • Body workout programs, including HIIT classes, yoga, running and morefor all fitness levels. Each program contains a combination of mind, body and recovery facets that empower users to stay focused on a consistent practice.
  • Research-backed meditation experiences. 
  • Bedtime stories written by award-winning authors, designed to educate, delight and relax users into more restful sleep.
  • "Brain music" composed by a variety of neuro-musicians, classical music legends and artists, meant to promote relaxation, focus, productivity, sleep and more.
