Personal wellness continues to be at the forefront of your guests' minds, particularly in the first few months of the year. Because of this, we wanted to share a few unique wellness experiences that spa patrons can enjoy around the world.

1. Tranquility Under the Stars at The Cove Eleuthera | Bahamas

Celestial energy has been known for its guiding and recharging powers, so the resort created a “Tranquility Under the Stars” experience so guests can refresh and recharge under the alignment of the stars. Included in this experience are overnight accommodations in a luxury Oceanfront Room, an in-room telescope, and constellation maps to help spot celestial wonders and a private nighttime yoga session for two set under the stars.

2. Cell Wellbeing Epigenetic at Andronis Concept Wellness Resort | Santorini

Cell Wellbeing Epigenetic is a bespoke approach to deliver information and direction for a healthy, well-balanced lifestyle. With just four hair bulbs, the advanced technology from Cell Wellbeing will generate a report about nutritional and lifestyle information, and a suggested 90-day protocol addressing the following categories to name a few; vitamins, essential fatty acids, antioxidant, amino acids and toxins.

3. Yoga Nidra at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island | Florida

The guided meditation allows guests to disconnect from reality and enter a state of deep relaxation, meditation and bliss. Yoga Nidra is an artful practice that requires guests to lie down, close their eyes and turn their focus to within. As the expert instructors, Liam and Radha calmly guide guests through different states of mediation, the mind begins to disengage from the chaos of daily life and slowly, it enters a state of solitude, bliss and deep meditation. Through the mediation guests slip in between the levels of consciousness and sleep, creating a sensation of relaxation and allowing the mind, body and spirit to rejuvenate. 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent for 3-4 hours of deep, intense sleep, allowing guests to feel refreshed and also more in touch with their inner self and spirit.

4. Wim Hof at The Lygon Arms | England

This April, guests can treat themselves to a unique wellness experience through the Wim Hof method. In the expert hands of certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, Jamie Christopherson, guests will discover the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Through a day of breathwork, mindset exercises, and ice baths, visitors will find out how to utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize the body and mind while learning about the underlying physiology in a practical guided spa day experience.
