Tania McCorkle, director of wellness at Strata Integrated Wellness Spa at Garden of the Gods Resort & Club in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Tania McCorkle started her career in the fitness industry in 1993. She is an accomplished cyclist, triathlete and member of the U.S. National World Netball Team. McCorkle says she “inherited” managing spas along the way, and she is now director of wellness at Strata Integrated Wellness Spa at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club in Colorado Springs. Wellspa 360 spoke to McCorkle about her passion for wellness, self-care practices and her experience at the Netball 10th World Championship in Christ Church, New Zealand.
