Author Daniel Pink Announced as ISPA Keynote Speaker

daniel-pink[Image: Courtesy of ISPA]The International SPA Association (ISPA) welcomes New York Times best-selling author Daniel Pink as the second day keynote speaker for the 2017 ISPA Conference & Expo at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev. from October 16 – 18, 2017. The announcement follows the news of Amy Cuddy as the opening day keynote presenter.

Pink, is the author of five books, including three long-running New York Times best-sellers, “A Whole New Mind,” “Drive,” and “To Sell is Human.” He has been a contributing editor at Fast Company and Wired as well as a business columnist for The Sunday Telegraph. His articles and essays have also appeared in The New York Times, Harvard Business Review, The New Republic, Slate, and other publications.

Pink was host and co-executive producer of “Crowd Control,” a television series about human behavior on the National Geographic Channel. He also appears frequently on NPR’s “Hidden Brain,” the PBS NewsHour, and other TV and radio networks in the US and abroad. Pink’s TED Talk, “The Puzzle of Motivation,” is one of the ten most-watched TED Talks of all time.

Before venturing out on his own nearly 20 years ago, Pink worked in several positions in politics and government, including serving from 1995 to 1997 as chief speechwriter to Vice President Al Gore.
