King's Mansion, an integrative wellness destination in northern Goa, India, has released details about its holistic programming ahead of its opening later in 2021. Located on the shores of the Arabian Sea, the property's 17-suite wellness center will offer research-backed packages with  Ayurvedic medicine at its core, described as an Ayurgenomic approach.

The programs will be based on revitalization, sports science and movement, medical aesthetics, weight management and detox. Guests will undergo pre-arrival genomic testing to identify pre-existing health conditions or predispositions, so King’s Mansion wellness specialists can tailor each person's schedule. Guests will have daily consultations with the in-house Ayurvedic doctor and nutritionist, and they will benefit from services including a results-focused facial and two body treatments. Daily activities, such as yoga, evening lectures, meditation and workshops, will round out the programs' goal of helping them build the foundations of a balanced lifestyle.

Finally, all packages at King’s Mansion will be supplemented by a personalized menu of Ayurvedic wellness food from the property's executive chef.
