California Almonds has tapped holistic wellness expert and founder of Get Loved Up Yoga School Koya Webb to deliver healthy habits to consumers. The goal of their campaign is to help people improve their mindfulness skills and maintain their energy.

3 Tips for Intentional Healthy Habits

1. Keep your energy up. "Don't let hunger get the best of you. A handful of almonds can come in handy when you need a little 'pick me up.' Mindful eating doesn't have to be complicated or time-consuming," says Webb.

2. Practice mindfulness daily. "For a brief moment, sit quietly with your thoughts, clear your mind by meditating or take a walk outdoors," she suggests. "We are constantly surrounded by noise, and it's never been more important to make time to better our minds."

3. Snack on practical portions. "Too little or too much of a good thing can affect your mood, so make sure you reach for the ideal amount of nutritious foods," says Webb. "Opt for a handful of almonds (about 23 almonds), to deliver filling fiber and good fats  for long-lasting energy.

"Despite the constant unknowns, create a daily flow that works for you and focus on what you can control," she adds. "Simple habits like intentional eating have a profound impact on my overall well-being."
