Southern California-based wellness destination Glen Ivy Hot Springs has introduced a Mindful Dining Experience, a three-course spa lunch rooted in clean and intuitive eating.

Ivy Kitchen, Glen Ivy's signature restaurant, will serve a three-course prix fixe lunch menu of creative seasonal dishes made from organic produce and fresh proteins. Guests have a choice from three appetizers, five entrees and three desserts to create a personalized, balanced eating experience. Each entrée is perfectly paired with a premium five-ounce wine to complement the meal and spa experience.

“Glen Ivy’s cuisine is bridging the gap between light, nutrient-rich spa food and familiar flavors that fuel our guests for a day of wellness and fitness,” says Sandra Miller, director of sales and marketing for Glen Ivy Hot Springs.

The three-course lunch is included in the resort's Passport to Wellness and Massage and Lunch packages. Passport to Wellness is an all-day retreat that includes a 50-minute spa massage or facial, private lounge with a changing cabana, dedicated spa host, access to the therapeutic pools, Club Mud, fitness classes, a robe rental, water-resistant phone pouch and the three-course lunch. Spa-goers seeking a partial spa day can enjoy the Massage and Lunch package, which includes a 50-minute massage and the three-course lunch.

Ivy Kitchen also offers an all-day Cravings menu with a la carte breakfast items and shared plates for grazing. The Cravings menu features a Superfood Omelet, Ceviche, Cheese Board, Fresh Fruit Bowl and more. To keep employees and guests safe  during the pandemic and beyond, Glen Ivy Hot Springs has also implemented new protocols including limited capacity, exposure screenings, temperature checks, face coverings and physical distancing.
