The following recipe makes one serving.
¾ cup fresh (preferred) or frozen blackberries
1 mango, pitted and chopped
⅛ cup goji berries
¼ cup pomegranate juice or coconut water (pure water is good too)
1 Tablespoon cacao or coconut butter
1 Tablespoon royal jelly or bee pollen
1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
Combine all ingredients, blend until smooth and serve.
