Trankilo also features 10 private cabanas that include a shower, smart TV, minibar, crudités, island aloe products, sofa and more. Select cabanas allow guests to receive spa treatments.

The property also hired a Wellness and Well-being Ambassador who focuses on working with guests on three key areas: feel, fuel and function. The manager creates and enhances experiences related to wellness and mindfulness such as aerial and beach yoga, meditation, and water and land excursions.
