Bellus Academy is now offering a CBD curriculum, developed by industry expert Joanne Berry and On The Green CBD. The new program provides estheticians and massage therapists with the comprehensive knowledge needed to develop CBD therapy protocols, understand which qualities to look for in a CBD product, and recommend home care to help clients extend the results of their CBD treatments.
The Bellus Academy CBD curriculum includes an analysis of the endocannabinoid system and how it affects sleep, mood, appetite and fertility; education on various cannabis-derived terpenes and their application in CBD tinctures for facials, massages and nail treatments; and how to select the proper spectrum and tincture to achieve desired results.
Bellus Academy is adding the CBD spa curriculum to programs at its California and Kansas campuses in spring 2021.
