Muscat Spa Combines Ayurveda with Asian Rituals

The Chedi Muscat, Oman, a GHM hotel, has opened a 1,500-square-meter relaxation and fitness area, making it one of the largest spas in Muscat.

The Spa embraces eastern philosophy with Asian rituals and also offers an extensive variety of beauty rituals based on the holistic principles of aromatherapy, Ayurveda and herbalism.

The spa offers a deluxe double and single spa suite that features state-of-the-art whirl baths with full body jets. Each spa suite also features a private steam shower. Guests can enjoy a whirl bath with additions ranging from Moroccan rose to magnesium or even Atlantic kelp and microalage.

Guests can enjoy other services such as therapeutic massages, reviving body polish rituals and even a choice of 10 different facials.

Below the spa is a 700-square-meter Health Club equipped with experienced personal trainers, state-of-the-art gym equipment, free weights and Pilates equipment.

Recreational facilities include two floodlit tennis courts, three outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pools, complimentary yoga classes and a fully serviced 370-metre long stretch of private sandy beach.
