Hyperice has acquired thermal technology company RecoverX. Hyperice is known for its percussion, vibration, dynamic air compression and thermal technology, which is is used by athletes in professional and collegiate training rooms, rehabilitation facilities and fitness facilities around the world. Most recently, Hyperice has also applied its technology and know-how to health care, fitness, massage and workplace wellness.
As part of the acquisition, Hyperice adds a team of engineers specializing in biomechanics, thermal and connected technologies to the RecoverX team.
Hyperice plans to introduce a new category of recovery technologies that optimize human performance, longevity and health in summer 2021.
