Meliá Hotels International has announced that all 10 hotels owned and operated in Mexico and the Dominican Republic are offering free, on-site COVID-19 antigen tests for all guests. Due to recent travel ordinances, guests are required to present documented results prior to entering their country of residence. Hotels including Paradisus Playa Del Carmen, Meliá Puerto Vallarta and The Grand Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real will provide scheduled COVID testing to guests who are checking in for a minimum of three nights. Tests are required to be taken 72 hours prior to departure and same-day results are available.
