During a time where physical health and wellness are at an all-time high, spa-goers feel that they can’t be too careful visiting  businesses that have several high touch-points: spas, resorts, etc.

To address these concerns, ResortSuite has launched a mobile app that offers real-time booking capabilities, staff scheduling, product sales and inventory, member profiles and more. It can also be customized to fit branding requirements via a content management system, and it can be used to store club member profiles and IDs to let guests access member-exclusive privileges and facilities.

“Although guests will have a pent-up desire to receive human touch again in the safe, clean and controlled environment of a spa, they’ll also increasingly desire a high-tech, high-touch aspect to their hospitality experience where they can control it,” says Frank Pitsikalis, founder and CEO of ResortSuite, adding that he believes that software systems that enable spas and resorts to provide an interactive digital platform for guests to control their own wellness itinerary will become the norm.

“The future has always been tech-based, but COVID-19 will drive this trend from a nice-to-have to a must-have,” he says.
