Lydia Sarfati presented growth drivers in skin care, noting that the face mask market is leading the way. Within this category, sheet masks are a top growth driver and are estimated to be worth $551.3 million by 2026.
This growth inspired Sarfati to create new express facials that utilize seaweed-infused sheet masks, and retail seaweed-infused sheet masks, that clients can perform at the Facial Bar or in conjunction with other treatments. These include: Repêchage Red-Out Express Soothing Facial, Repêchage Biolight Express Brightening Facial, Repêchage Red-Out Soothing Sheet Mask, Repêchage Biolight Brightening Sheet Mask, and the Repêchage Lamina Lift Hydrating Seaweed Mask.
In addition to Sarfati, guest speakers included Angela Noviello, Italian Director and National Coordinator for OTI Oncology Esthetics, who discussed the emerging field of Oncology Esthetics, a growing sector of esthetics internationally. Business Management Specialist/Founder and CEO of Image and Beauty, Tommaso Cernuschi, and Marketing Expert/Founder and CEO of Parrucchierando srl and Socialando srl, Alberto Montecroci, also shared business management tips and how spa professionals can use social media and web marketing to drive business.
Following the Conference was a two-day, Master Class and hands-on workshop led by Sarfati and Noviello. Sarfati presented the new Repêchage Glow and Go facial mask and massage menu of treatments, an innovative concept that combines the new Repêchage sheet mask treatments with custom facial massage techniques designed by Sarfati to create four professional express treatments that help brighten, calm, hydrate and reduce the signs of aging. Noviello demonstrated a new treatment created for Oncology Esthetics that uses the new Repêchage Lamina Lift Hydrating Seaweed Mask with a customized massage to create a soothing and cooling facial treatment for cancer patients.
This year marks the fourth annual National Conference hosted by Euracom, the distributor of Repêchage in Italy.
