Green Spa Network Announces Self-Care and Sustainability Summit

GSNPlanet (GSN) has announced its Self-Care and Personal Sustainability Summit, a three-day workshop taking place December 1-3, 2019, at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

The Summit aims to bring the wellness community together in a peaceful environment to inspire both self-care and earth-care, offering participants a mixture of lecture, yoga, emotional release work, breathwork, aromatherapy and hands-on adjustments with live music, movement and meditation.

Everyone is invited, including bodyworkers, yoga teachers, wellness practitioners and anyone else interested in raising their personal level of consciousness. The goal is to help attendees retrain their brains to approach all aspects of life with greater harmony, so they return home as their own best healer, advocate and administrator. Topics covered during summit lectures include:

• Emotional intelligence as a tool for improving your self-care
• Hemp and CBD, sustainability, and the future of this interesting plant
• What green beauty really means, why you might be more interested in blue beauty, and how products affect your skin and the planet
• The Standard American Diet’s impact on mood, metabolism, hormones, happiness, libido, connection, creativity and brain function

Presenters include Joanna Roche, executive director of GSNPlanet and certified vibrational sound therapist; Mickaela Grace, founder of the Graceline Institute; yoga instructor Terry Shay Walsh; Jeannie Jarnot, founder of Beauty Heroes; and Lynn Beiger, yoga instructor and CBD expert.
