Hot on the heels of becoming oncology certified by Oncology Spa Solutions, Colorado-based CBD brand Color Up has announced its Color Up Cares initiative. The goal is to bring healing and balance into the lives of those fighting cancer by raising funds for research, meals, wigs and other ancillary items, as well as providing free spa treatment days and oncology safe self-care products.

As part of this initiative, on October 1, Color Up began donating five percent of all in-store sales generated by the Color Up Wellness Center in Denver to the Breast Cancer Research FoundationThe brand will continue these donations through the end of December, with plans to donate to a different cancer organization each quarter.

Additionally, a Color Up Cares Day will be hosted once per quarter. For these events, Color Up therapists will donate their time and provide free CBD facials to cancer patients and survivors. The first Color Up Cares Day will take place on November 23, and each guest will take home a self-care kit of products from the brand, in addition to receiving a treatment.
