Lydia Sarfati Receives Polish and American Woman of the Year Award

Lydia-Sarfati-Polish-American-Woman-of-the-Year-Award-2019-1[Maciej Golubiewski and Lydia Sarfati]On October 16, Repêchage CEO and founder Lydia Sarfati received the “Polish and American Woman of the Year 2019 Award.” Given by the Polish & American Women Entrepreneurs professional network, the award was presented to Sarfati by Maciej Golubiewski, consul general of the Republic of Poland in New York, at the 2019 USA-Central Europe Women in Business Summit grand opening gala.

“This award is great honor,” says Sarfati. “I want to thank Agata Golubiewska, founder of Polish & American Women Entrepreneurs, and salute this important organization. Its goals align perfectly with the work I have done throughout my career: to constantly strive to empower women through education, inspiration and mentorship to create a successful business and life.”

Sarfati and Repêchage were proud to co-sponsor and participate in the summit, which was led by top women entrepreneurs from the U.S. and Central Europe to discuss transatlantic business opportunities. More than 350 guests attended to hear engaging panel discussions with leading women from such notable organizations as Google, IBM, Morgan Stanley, LinkedIn, Women Who Code, Egon Zehnder, Golden Seeds and more.
