The Situation: “We’ve had a couple talking throughout their entire couple’s massage service,” recalls Alice Koskas, owner of The Lounge Spa in Culver City, California. “Their conversation was inappropriate, making the therapist uncomfortable to the point where she left the room to tell me.”
The Solution: “I stepped into the room and kindly asked them to refrain from talking for the duration of their massage, as we had massage services being performed in the next room, and we didn’t want to disturb other clients,” says Koskas. “That way, I was being truthful but also putting an end to any over-amorous chatting.”
