What do you do when an unexpected power outage cuts a client’s treatment short?

The Situation: “I received an online complaint from a client whose service was canceled because of a power outage,” says Cici Coffee, owner of Natural Body Spas, which has multiple locations in the Atlanta area.

The Solution: “I apologized and told him we hoped to reschedule him soon,” says Coffee. “I explained we tried to continue treatments by working off of cell phones and candlelight for as long as we could, however the situation was beyond our control. We even tried to get a generator installed! Sometimes you just have to say Uncle.”
