Spa News: Rhonda Allison Cosmeceuticals Appoints New Director of Education
Rhonda Allison Cosmeceuticals, a professional skincare company, has appointed Shannon Esau as the Director of Education to guide the advanced education initiative at the new Rhonda Allison Education Center.
In her new role, Esau will oversee the educational and instructional programs at the Center, developing the course curriculum, structure and schedule. She will also coordinate a continuum of courses that will be live streamed, which will enable global interactive learning and 24-hour access to archived training courses. Shannon brings more than 14 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, having served as national educator within Rhonda Allison. Esau also completed advanced chemistry studies in cosmetic formulation.
“Continued education has always been one of our top priorities, and now with our new Education Center and Shannon at the helm, we are in a unique position to raise the bar on advanced aesthetic training and enhance our abilities to better serve our clients and partner with them more directly,” said Rhonda Allison, founder of Rhonda Allison Cosmeceuticals. “Shannon’s knowledge of the aesthetics industry, years of experience in leading educational programming, and expertise in the chemistry of formulations will prove invaluable.”
“I’m passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and helping people grow their businesses – education paves the way for both of these,” said Shannon Esau, Director of Sales and Education.
Prior to becoming a Rhonda Allison national educator, Esau owned and operated three skin care salons in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, selling Rhonda Allison products. Before finding her passion in the aesthetics industry, she worked in corporate America as a Microsoft Certified Engineer (MSCE) and Certified Novel Engineer (CNE).
