- How
do I find my subscription account number?
Your account number is printed on the mailing label of your
magazine above your name. It's the 6-digit number enclosed
in slashes (/).

- When
will my subscription begin?
The first issue of your subscription
is sent to you within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of your
order. Occasionally we make an error, or postal service
delays may slightly increase this time. Click
here if you think you have missed an issue.

- When
does my subscription expire?
You will find the expiration date on your magazine label,
in the line above
your name—"EXP YY/MM". The "YY/MM"
represents the year and month of the
last issue in your subscription. So "EXP 0312"
means your last issue will be
the December 2003 issue. For help click

- I am
moving. How and when should I inform you?
We need at least eight weeks notice to ensure uninterrupted
service. Please be sure to give us both your OLD and NEW
addresses. Include your account number if possible. Click

- What
if I don't receive an issue?
Occasionally,
an issue is damaged or lost in the mail. If your magazine
doesn't arrive, or it arrives damaged, click
here or call our Subscriber Service Department at 800/
624-4196. We'll be happy to replace your missing or damaged
issue or extend your subscription.

- I have
sent in my payment, but I just received another invoice.
Why?
Probably, your payment and our invoice have simply crossed
in the mail. If you mailed in your payment more than four
weeks ago, please click
here or call 800/624-4196. We'll get the matter resolved
quickly.

you accept credit cards?
Yes, DAYSPA
accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
On your credit card statement, you'll find your DAYSPA
payment charged to "Creative Age Publications," DAYSPA's
parent company.

do I renew my subscription to DAYSPA?
As your
subscription nears expiration, we will send you a series
of reminders asking for your renewal instructions. The earlier
you respond, the less chance you run of missing an issue.

can I get back issues of DAYSPA?
Back issues are available for $5.00 each (Canada & Mexico

DAYSPA will use your e-mail address to communicate with you about your subscription; to send information about other Creative Age magazines, events or products; and to send selected offers and messages from approved industry partners.
