Sothys Announces Karima Hudson as National Trainer

Global professional beauty brand Sothys is pleased to announce the appointment of Karima Hudson to the position of National Trainer!

Karima comes to Sothys with 20 years of experience in the professional skin care industry. A licensed esthetician and massage therapist, Karima received extensive training in both France and Switzerland.

Previously Skin Care Specialist for prestigious French skin care brands such as Lancôme, La Prairie and Guerlain, Karima also served as a Spa Manager for high-end salons both in Miami and Europe. Specialized in endermologie, she has five years of experience as a Corporate Trainer for Techno-Derm. Karima is a passionate professional willing to share her knowledge of skincare and contribute to the growth of the industry.

As an National Trainer for Sothys, Karima is responsible for offering comprehensive training for the USA, Latin America and the Caribbean.
She will promote Sothys products and treatments through education, product knowledge, hands on technique and retail sales.
In addition, she will conduct on-site and regional training events, prepare and execute seminars, host advanced and specialized classes and VIP events, and create effective training materials and web-based trainings.

Éminence Organic Skin Care Plants Over 1 Million Trees

Éminence Organic Skin Care has now planted over one million trees, a monumental milestone for their ongoing Forests for the Future initiative in which they plant one tree for every retail product sold.

To celebrate, President and Founder, Boldijarre Koronczay, joined a team of Éminence employees in the heart of downtown Vancouver to spread the word of Éminence’s achievement. On Thursday, August 22nd, the team invited passers-by to hug a tree and in return Éminence planted a tree for every hug while giving away product samples. A grand total of 500 trees were hugged, and in return Éminence will plant 500 more trees through their partnership with Trees for the Future who plants trees all over the world in developing countries in need of reforestation.

Mia Kyricos joins SpaFinder Wellnes as Chief Brand Officer

Mia Kyricos joins SpaFinder Wellness, a leading spa and wellness digital media and marketing company, in the newly created position of Chief Brand Officer. Kyricos will be responsible for leading the company in branding, marketing, advertising, public relations, social media and digital strategy.

She was also Vice President of Core Performance, overseeing operations of corporate wellness centers, fitness and related initiatives at Fortune 500 companies.

Kyricos holds a Masters of Management in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts. She sits on the boards of the Global Spa & Wellness Summit and the University of California Irvine Spa & Hospitality Management program.
