Attendees of Lifeline’s launch at Blue Medi Spa indulged in cocktails, delicious treats, manicures and massages from participating sponsors.

Lifeline Skin Care celebrated its launch into the Southern California skincare market by hosting an evening of pampering at Blue Medi Spa in Sherman Oaks, California, on October 25.

Guests indulged in cocktails, hors d’ouevres, spa treatments and (of course) killer gift bags at the luxurious event, which was sponsored by Courvoisier Gold, Chambord Vodka, LVX nail lacquers, tea company Matcha Source and massage therapist Ian Bertram.

Also on hand was the Lifeline team, all of whom readily supplied in-depth information on the innovative new line, which is the first to date to feature human, non-embryonic stem cells.

Linda Nelson, Lifeline’s director of education and sales, delivered a brief presentation on the company’s unique—and ethical–method of developing this patented skincare formula. Growth factors and peptides from young, human stem cells, via non-fertilized eggs (never embryos), are the key ingredients in Lifeline’s Defensive Day Moisture Serum and Recovery Night Moisture Serum. Combined with essential vitamins and antioxidants, these extracts result in formulations that help to stimulate the skin’s ability to repair itself, thereby creating firmer, smoother and younger-looking complexions.

Blue Spa owner Ronda Nofal says the new line is an ideal complement to her spa’s treatments and services. “We are very pleased to be the first Medi Spa in Los Angeles to offer Lifeline Skin Care technology to clients,” she adds. “Our staff has been using these products for the past two months and have noticed they’re the perfect complement to our facial laser services.”—Angela Melero
