  2. How do I find my subscription account number?
    Your account number is printed on the mailing label of your magazine above your name. It's the 6-digit number enclosed in slashes (/).

  3. When will my subscription begin?
    The first issue of your subscription is sent to you within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of your order. Occasionally we make an error, or postal service delays may slightly increase this time. Click here if you think you have missed an issue.

  4. When does my subscription expire?
    You will find the expiration date on your magazine label, in the line above your name—"EXP YY/MM". The "YY/MM" represents the year and month of the last issue in your subscription. So "EXP 0312" means your last issue will be click here. If you'd like to renew your subscription, click here

  5. I am moving. How and when should I inform you?

  6. What if I don't receive an issue?
    Occasionally, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail. If your magazine doesn't arrive, or it arrives damaged, click here or call our Subscriber Service Department at 800/ 624-4196. We'll be happy to replace your missing or damaged issue or extend your subscription.

  7. I have sent in my payment, but I just received another invoice. Why?

  8. Do you accept credit cards?
    Yes, DAYSPA accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. On your credit card statement, you'll find your DAYSPA payment charged to "Creative Age Publications," DAYSPA's parent company.

  9. How do I renew my subscription to DAYSPA?
    As your subscription nears expiration, we will send you a series of reminders asking for your renewal instructions. The earlier you respond, the less chance you run of missing an issue. If you'd like to renew now, click here, or you may simply return the mailed renewal notice, or you may call our Subscriber Service Department at 800/624-4196.

  11. Do you put my name or e-mail address on other mailing lists?
    DAYSPAwill use your e-mail address to communicate with you about your subscription; to send information about other Creative Age magazines, events or products; and to send selected offers and messages from approved industry partners. DAYSPA will also make your mailing adress available to commerical mailers offering products or services we think you'll find useful.
