On April 30, eight deserving young ladies from Wish Upon A Teen and their mothers enjoyed a Mother/Daughter Spa Day. The event, which took place at the Sonya Dakar Skin Clinic in Beverly Hills, was specially held for teens being treated for cancer at the Mattel Children’s Hospital at UCLA. The day of pampering was held by Wish Upon A Teen, a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding young patients in need. American International Industries (A.I.I.) brands China Glaze Nail Lacquer, Ardell Lashes, It’s So Easy Nail Art and more were proud to offer the pampering services.

Members of the Stila Pro team offered makeup applications, and kept a variety of Ardell lash styles on hand. While reluctant at first, many participants decided to try lashes for the first time, and walked away beaming with their newfound Ardell flare. Ardell Brow items were used to create and define sparse hairs lost to treatments, including the Brow Powder Pallets and Duo Brow Brushes.

China Glaze brights and neons were the shades of choice at the manicure stations, where both teens and moms sat to enjoy the ultimate hand treatment. After selecting from the numerous color choices, manicurists provided hand massages, polish application and even nail art. Zebra stripes were popular with the teens, as many manicurists showed them how to use It’s So Easy Stripe Rites to create the look. According to the company, the teens and their moms left with shiny manicures and huge smiles.
